Team management
You can create teams to manage your staff and equipment more easily in the Time module.
A user with ADMIN privileges for a Group, Department or Agency can create a team, appoint a team leader (or not) and schedule them in one click on the Department forecast.
This functionality is available on specific activation request. If you are interested, please let us know by sending an email to support@ibat-solution.com. Once your specific activation request has been taken into account by our team, click on "Administer", in the "Personnel and equipment management" section, and the Team icon should now appear.

How to create a team ?
Start by creating a team, by clicking on + New Team, and indicate the person who will be team leader (compulsory), then fill in the team name if necessary.
Note :
If you leave the team name blank, the team leader's name will be used by default.
Once your action has been validated, your team has been created (1). You will then come to a screen of this type, where you will first see the context (2): the current team and the department to which the team is attached.
All you have to do now is drag the staff from the department displayed in the right-hand column (3) to the left-hand screen (4) to create your team.
If you want to create a new employee, you can click on the + New Staff button and create him or her. Or if you want to delete a team, simply select the team in question in the box (2) and click Delete Team in the top right-hand corner.
Note :
At the moment, an employee cannot be in 2 different teams.
Managing a team in the Service forecast
When you access the forecast, you'll notice that a new Team banner has been added, and you'll find the team you created previously.
All you have to do is place a job in front of my team (e.g. I place the Bordeaux job in the blue cell), and each team member is automatically assigned to the chosen week. Whether you add one or more projects, the tool behaves in the same way.
Managing a team in the Worksite forecast
In the same way as in the Service Forecast, when you access the Worksite Forecast, you will notice the addition of a new Team banner, and you will find the team you created previously.
All you have to do is place one or more jobs in front of my team (for example, I place the Site Installation job on Monday), and each team member is automatically assigned to the job for the week selected.
Managing a team in the Time & Attendance screen
On the Time & Attendance screen, the team in question is shown on the left, with a green line indicating that these employees are attached to Paul's team.
As with conventional clocking-in, the hours and positions are pre-filled according to the data entered in the forecasts, and you can switch from one employee to another with a single click.
