Management of customised list of equipment types
In the Equipment sheet, the "Type" of equipment is used to group and filter equipment by type in the "Department/Site Forecast" and in the "Scorecard".
The only default value is "Equipment", but in this tab you can create as many "Types" as you like.

Accessing the "Equipment" file
The first step is to go to the "Admin" tab (1) then "Equipment" (2).
Once on this page, you can click on the equipment of your choice to access its data sheet.
How to change Equipment types ?
Once you're on it, you'll see a pencil at the top of your screen, next to the word "Type"; click on it.
In the window that opens, you can add new types en masse by pasting the column from Excel into the field provided.
You can also create new types (1). You'll find them just below the word "Type" (2).
You can make several changes to these new "types" :
- You can change the label by clicking in the cell (1)
- You can change the colour assigned to the type (2)
- You can choose to display or hide the type for other users by checking or unchecking the "Private" box (3)
- You can delete a type by clicking on the "red cross" (4). You can only delete a type if it is not being used.
Once you have completed your changes, click on "Validate".
Checking your changes
You can then check what you have created or modified by clicking on the "Type" drop-down menu on your equipment modification form.
