Receive an order on the mobile application from the "Orders" tab
The terms used in the article below correspond to iSYBUY. To find iBAT equivalents, click on this link.
The Achat mobile application allows you to receive orders placed on the application, just like on the website.

The "Order" tab
Once you have logged in to your space using the same login details or a QR code, you can receive your orders by clicking on "Orders" on the home page.
This takes you to your general orders dashboard. In the Orders in progress category, click on the Order to be received tab (1) to find your orders that have been accepted by the supplier and are ready for delivery.
Reminder :
It is also possible to receive an order "Awaiting supplier approval" (2) as the supplier is not obliged to accept the order in iSYBUY.
Click on the order you wish to receive. In this screen, the orders are sorted by site (1). The name of the person who placed the order (2), the name of the supplier (3) and the number of the purchase order (3) appear in addition to the price and the expected delivery date.
If you click on one of the orders, you will find the detailed list of items. Below the order number, you'll find the supplier's name and contact details (1). Just below this is a summary of the order (2), so you can easily find the main items.
You then have three options : view the items ordered (3), the delivery note or the attachment(s). To view the items to be received, go to the "ordered items" tab.
If you ever wish to place the same order again without having to fill in everything, you can do so by clicking on "Re-order" (4).
Finally, to place an order, click on "Receive" (5).
The "Receive" tab
Several boxes appear. The first is a summary of who placed the order, the date and the shipping cost. You have several options for updating the items received :
- you can click on "Receive all" (1), all the boxes on the right of the screen will be ticked, which means that you are confirming receipt of all the quantities of all the items ordered
- you can directly enter the quantity received in the free field on your left
- you can also separate these receipts by directly ticking the box for the corresponding item (2).
You can then click on "validate receipt" (3) to validate the item(s) received.
To finalise the delivery, enter a Delivery Note number (1) and a comment (2). You can also add a photo as an attachment, either by taking a photo with your phone or by selecting a photo from your gallery.
Finally, click on "Receive" (3).
If you have taken delivery of the entire order, you have nothing more to do.
If you have carried out a partial acceptance of the order, you still have quantities to receive in order to finalise the acceptance. You then have three options:
- Click on "Restart backorders" (1) to inform your supplier by email that you are waiting for the last quantities to be delivered.
- Click on "Abandon backorders" (2) to inform your supplier by email that you do not wish to receive the remaining quantities.
- Click on "Finalise delivery" (3) to return to the home page.
