Adding comments and attachments to orders

On your mobile application, you can add attachments and comments to the orders you have placed.
The first step is to add items to your basket. If you need help with this, please refer to one of the articles in the Help Centre.

Once you have added an item, you can click on "order" (1) or "order all" (2). Don't hesitate to refer to the Help Centre article if you need more information on how to complete an order.
Then simply go to the "comments, attachments" category to add the items you want.
Note :
You can find full details of the different categories on this page in the Help centre.
All you have to do is add the comments (1) and attachments (2) of your choice and send them to your supplier! You'll find all the attachments sent just below the add section. In this example, you have a photo of the product ordered (3) that has been uploaded.
Once this page has been filled in, all you have to do is click on "Finalise my order", enter your security key and wait to hear from your manager, if you have an approval procedure, or from the supplier directly !
