When you create a supplier, you must also create one or more sales contacts in order to be able to configure the supplier and place an order on iSYBUY with this supplier by sending the order email to the sales representatives.
Only users with ADMIN or GESTFOUR privileges have the option of creating a sales contact from the Supplier File, otherwise the action is available to all users from the basket when choosing the order recipient.

Creating a sales contact
The first step is to go to the Management menu (1) and then click on the "Suppliers" tab (2).
Select the supplier for which you would like to add sales contacts.
Then click on "create a sales person".
Enter the information required to create the contact. If the "active" button (1) is unchecked, the sales person becomes inactive. You will then no longer be able to send an order to this recipient. Once you have entered the contact details, you will be asked to select their visibility (2). If you click on private, this recipient will only be available to your Group, otherwise it will be shared with all iSYBUY customers.
Once you have completed all the information, click on "save" (3).
For RGPD reasons, when sending the first order to the sales contact, they must confirm their profile information and define whether it is public or private for your Group. Once configured, the visibility mode can only be changed by the sales contact themselves.

Modifying a sales contact
To modify the information sheet for a sales contact, the first step is to click on the supplier of your choice. Then click on "sales representatives/accountants"(1), then on the name of the sales representative of your choice (2).
Make the changes and click "Save" to update the information sheet.
Deactivating a sales contact
To deactivate a sales contact, simply uncheck the "Active" box (1) in their profile and save (2) the change. This action is only possible when the sales contact is not configured for any customer. If deactivation is impossible, an error message will indicate this when you save, so contact our support team at email@example.com, specifying the supplier and the name of the sales contact you wish to deactivate.
When a sales contact is inactive, it appears greyed out at the bottom of the screen and it is no longer possible to send orders to it. A sales contact cannot be deleted, only deactivated.
