What to di if an iSYBUY email displays an "Error sending" message?

When placing orders or sending consultations to suppliers, it can happen that certain e-mails sent directly from iBAT encounter a delivery problem, for various reasons.
iSYBUY has a script that runs 5 times a day (8am - 10.30am - 1.30pm - 4.30pm - 8.30pm) to read error messages and no-shows for orders and enquiries.
The algorithm uses the subject of the email received and tries to extract the order or consultation number; this means that if the subject has been changed, the email cannot be processed.

Suppliers have set up an "Absence message"
iSYBUY sends an email to the sending iSYBUY user (Absence message for the order) and the information is traced in the order history. You can then view the absence email directly in the order.
Emails do not reach their destination because the supplier's email addresses do not exist or are incorrect
If the recipient's email is invalid, after detection the system sends an email to the sender (Invalid email for the order) and traces the information in the order history. The supplier user's first name is also renamed !!!EMAIL INVALID!!!! so that the sending iBAT user is informed.
E-mails are blocked by Captcha at their suppliers' sites
An email is sent to the sending iSYBUY user to resolve the situation. The subject will be (MailInBlack to be completed for the order). All they have to do is open it and fill in the requested captcha. His automatic e-mail from iSYBUY will be after his action on the Captcha.
Note :
"Sending iSYBUY user" = iSYBUY user who, through an action in the platform, sends an automatic e-mail to a supplier (example: sending an order, a quote, a consultation, etc.).
