On iSYBUY, each time a quote request is sent, it follows a specific cycle depending on the different actions carried out by you or the supplier. Below are the different statuses that a request for quote can have !

The different quotation request statuses
This status appears when a request for quotation has been sent to one or more approvers, but has not yet been approved. Can change to Responsible Refusal or Supplier Confirmation Waiting. |

Appears when a request for a quote has been sent to the supplier. From here, the supplier can validate the request, make changes to it ("Waiting for customer confirmation") or not respond. It will still be possible to transform the request for a quote into an order. |

Appears when the supplier has responded to or made changes to a request for quotation. May change to "Waiting for approval" if the changes are approved by the customer, "Refuse changes" if they are not, or "Cancelled". |

Appears as soon as the customer makes a change to the quote request that has been sent to the supplier. |

Status appearing when an order has been cancelled by the customer. |
