Add customisable fields to the Supplier File

In order to meet all your needs, we have added the option of customising certain fields in the Supplier form. You'll find details of the changes to help you find your way around more easily.

In this article :

New "custom fields" column

On the supplier form, we have added the right-hand column "Custom fields", which allows Group Administrators to enter information to help users (<200 characters).

  • The "Label" field can only be filled in by a user with ADMIN privileges within the GROUP perimeter, and is common to all configured suppliers.
  • The "Field value" field can only be filled in by a user with GESTFOUR or ADMIN privileges.
  • The fields are read-only for users with neither ADMIN nor GESTFOUR rights.
  • These fields are not visible to suppliers.

Example : if, as a group administrator, I enter "Internal appreciation" in the first label on the ACHAT'TROC supplier, I will also find it on the other suppliers' files.

If, as a user without ADMIN or GESTFOUR privileges, I go to this supplier file, I will only have read-only access to the information.

Note :
You can add up to 6 custom fields. To do this, simply click on the "+" indicated by the red arrow.
