How to assign a privilege to a supplier user ?

Depending on their privileges, your company's users will not have access to the same functions and will not be able to carry out the same actions.
In order for your users to have the right to perform certain actions or not, it is essential to assign them one or more privileges.
The following privileges are available :
- ADMIN : administrator rights to add/modify the supplier file, its users, etc.
- GESTCAT : can create and modify catalogues and price lists
- SALES : access and manage orders, contracts, requests for quotations, etc.

Privilege management
There are 2 ways of managing the privileges of your company's users.
- By clicking on the name of the contact Users (1), which allows you to assign privileges directly from the user file.
- By clicking on "Privilege management" (2) - This allows you to create/modify privileges, both globally and for existing contacts.
Note :
Only users with the "ADMIN" privilege have access to Privileges and Privilege Administration.
How to assign them ?
The first step is to select the contact to which you wish to assign privileges. Then choose the privilege you wish to assign, and click "Add".
Check that the person has been added to the "Privilege management" summary table. If necessary, modify or add to the privilege assigned directly in the table, by clicking on the "+"; or remove an assigned privilege by clicking on the eraser. You can also "Add a person" and their privilege(s) if they do not appear in the table even though you have created them as a user.
