How to change or deactivate a supplier user?

As a supplier, you can modify or deactivate one of your suppliers. This article explains you how to do it.

How to modify a supplier user ?
The first step is to go to the Admin menu and then to the "Contacts / Users" tab. Then click on the "Name" of a sales rep to access and modify their information sheet.
Once you have made your changes, click on "Save".
How to deactivate a supplier user ?
To deactivate a sales contact, simply uncheck the "Active" box in their profile and click "Save"
This action is only possible when the sales contact is not configured for any customer. If deactivation is not possible, an error message will appear when you register. You must then contact iSYBUY Support by email, specifying the name of your company and the name of the sales contact you wish to deactivate.
When a sales contact is inactive (a) then you can no longer send them an order (they are no longer available in the drop-down menu for the choice of recipient during the "Details" stage in the basket).
Note :
You cannot delete a sales contact, only deactivate it. This allows you to keep the history of quotes and orders sent to the contact.
