The different types of consultation project

You can create a consultation project according to your needs.

There are 3 types :

  • "Price study": a simple consultation not linked to a site
  • "Framework contract": to convert the consultation into a supplier catalogue
  • "Worksite": simple enquiry linked to a worksite + the option of adding items to the basket

Several consultation batches can be created for each consultation project.

Note :

In the case of a framework contract type project, specific information is requested when a consultation batch is created (start and end dates of validity, scope of the framework contract).

How to create a consultation project ?

From the home page, to create a consultation project, click on the "+" button at the top left of your screen.

In the pop-up window that opens, select the type of consultation

If you click on "price study" or "framework contract" (1), you will be able to enter a title (2) for your project. Then click on "next".

If you have not clicked on "price study" or "framework contract" but on "project" (1), you will be able to link your project directly to an existing project (2). You can also click on "new project to create a new site (3) to which you will attach your consultation. Then click on "Next".

You will then be able to choose a person to co-lead (1) the project with you from the list. Once you have chosen the person, click on "Next" (2).

Then select a project start and end date (1), and click Next (2).

Finally, you can check that all the information given is correct (1). If this is not the case, click on "previous" (2) to change the incorrect information. If everything is correct, click on "Create project" (3).

Note :

It is not possible to delete a project however you can change this information at any time.

 

How to modify a consultation project ?

The first step is to click on "Settings".

Then click on "edit project".

A pop-up window will open. You will be able to make the changes you want at this point.
