This option is available on the Time module for all users. Setting up the parameters
For users who only need to clock in themselves, the Agency level ADMIN needs to set certain privileges for each user concerned.
Once you have logged into your space, go to the Admin tab (1) and then to Users (2).
Then click on the user for whom you wish to add privileges
Then add the "TPSPOINTAGE" privilege
Make sure that you have added it to each site where the user must clock in.
To do this, click on "Scope" (1) and then select the department or site of your choice from the drop-down menu. You then need to repeat this procedure, but this time add the name of the user concerned to the 'scope'. Once you have done this, click on "Add" (2). All the privileges you have added will appear just below the "Add" button (3).
