Integration of partner platforms (AppExchange) – Helpdesk

The terms used in the article below correspond to iSYBUY. To find iBAT equivalents, click on this link.

In this new version, discover the "App Partners" button, which enables you to activate interfaces with iBAT's partner platforms, available natively in the solution and completely autonomously.

These include :

invoicing tools
ERP accounting
Scoring, risk analysis and compliance services
SSO connection services
HR solutions partners

This list is in addition to the partners with whom a native punch-out integration has already been set up, enabling shopping baskets to be built directly from online catalogues, and which will be available soon.

Where to find iSYBUY partners ?

The first step is to go to the Management menu (1), then click on the "Partner App" tab (2).

This will take you to a page showing all the partners interfaced with iSYBUY. You can use the search bar (1) or the filters (2) to find the partner of your choice.

ACTIVE DIRECTORY (Serveur Windows)	AUTHENTIFICATION	This partner allows you to access several computer applications or websites with a single authentication.
ATTESTATION LEGALE (Once for All)	SUPPLIER SCORING	Once you have logged in with your Attestation Légale credentials, you will be guided in your choice of suppliers
AZURE ACTIVE DIRECTORY	AUTHENTIFICATION	This partner allows you to access several computer applications or websites with a single authentication.
CREDIT SAFE	SUPPLIER SCORING	Once you have logged in with your Credit Safe login details, you will be guided through the selection of your suppliers.
ESKER	ERP	Activating the button enables daily synchronisation of data between iSYBUY and Esker
PAYFIT	PAYROLL	Activating this button allows you to export your HR data from the clocking summary and then import it into Payfit to manage your payroll and human resources.
SAGE X3	ERP	Activating the button enables daily synchronisation of data between iBAT and SageX3
SILAE	PAYROLL	If you activate Silae export, you will see an additional export button on the "Summary of clockings" page of the TIME module, generating a file in Silae format that you can send to BRZ.
VIACO	SUPPLIER SCORING	Once you have logged in with your Viaco credentials via an API connection, you will be supported in your choice of suppliers.
YOOZ	INVOICE MANAGEMENT	Solution for dematerialising supplier invoices. Once connected, you can easily navigate between your purchasing tool (iSYBUY) and your invoice management tool (YOOZ).
KS2	INVOICE MANAGEMENT	Electronic document management solution for businesses. Once connected, your data will be synchronised between iSYBUY and KS2.
LYRECO	PUNCH OUT	The punch out with the Lyreco website allows your employees to link Lyreco baskets with iSYBUY baskets.
