Partner platform integration : the SageX3 App

The "Partner App" button enables you to activate interfaces with iSYBUY's partner platforms, available natively in the solution and completely autonomously.
The aim of this article is to tell you a little more about how SageX3 works.

Who is SageX3 ?
SageX3 is integrated management software published by Sage. With an ERP like SageX3, you can manage the financial, human and commercial aspects of your business. It enables each user to get to the heart of their tasks and provides better visibility of costs and performance.
Why to activate the option ?
Activating the button enables daily synchronisation of data between iSYBUY and SageX3. You can choose whether you want daily, weekly or monthly feeds.
How to activate it ?
The first step is to contact support at support@ibat-solution.com so that we can give you access to a demo area where you can test the various automated workflows without risking affecting your production data.
Here are the possible workflows you can test :
- iSYBUY -> SageX3 : Time and attendance, personnel and absences
- SageX3 -> iSYBUY : Projects
Once the tests have been carried out, go to the "Partner App" tab (2) of your "Admin" or "Management" tab (1).
In the list of different applications, go to the one of your choice, in this case SageX3 (1). Then click on "Request activation of my FTP account" (2).
A pop-up window will open. You will be able to confirm your choice. You will also be told that once the option has been activated, you will first be able to retrieve your login details and then upload your data to the server from the same page.
