New analytical axes available on budgets
In terms of budget management, you can now see that there are new analytical axes that you can add to.
In budget monitoring, you also have these new "budget accounts" screens.
Snapshots can now be taken of these new screens
You can take snapshots on these new screens. A snapshot is a photo taken on a chosen date of the progress and completed data. It is used to freeze and store progress values for a given date. Once all the data has been entered, all you have to do is select the desired period and then click on Validate progress.
If you'd like to find out more about how this works, take a look at the Help Centre article on the subject.
Modification of certain table columns
In the "commitment item" tab, you can see that the columns are not the same as in the other tabs. Here you can analyse these analytical codes in detail.
Changes have also been made to the 'time positions' tab to meet the various needs that have been brought to our attention.
Previously, you only had a single line at the top of the table giving you the names of the columns.
You now have a top line which allows you to classify the columns by category to help you find your way around.
In the previous version, the data only appears in hours, so you can't specify an advanced budget or a difference in euros, for example.
In the new table, you can also see that all the data now also appears in euros to give you the dual information.
Homogenisation of budgets for the Time and Purchasing modules
