Tracking the purchasing budget

Budget monitoring allows users with access rights to monitor the budget linked to their purchases for the project of their choice. This tab allows you to display a summary of the Total Ordered, Received and Invoiced for the ones you have access to.
Note :
Only users with "ADMIN", "ADMIN_ACHAT" or "BUDGET" privileges have access to the "Budgets" category in the Management menu.

How does budget tracking work?
The first step is to click on the tab (1) in the "Management" menu (2).
The table that appears, which can be exported in Excel format (2), gives you an access to a large amount of budget information (3).
In particular, you can define the "Total Purchase Budget (€)" (i) and "Progress (%)", (j) as well as access the "Detailed Budget Tracking" (k) and the "Modify Budget" (l).
For each establishment you can display more details to analyse the graphs.
Graphs analysis by selecting "Ordered
Once you have clicked on "Ordered", you will see the details below :
- Cumulative orders per week (a)
- Cumulative orders by analytical code (b)
- Cumulative orders by item (c)
Graph analysis by selecting "Received"
Once you have clicked on "Received", you will see the details below :
- Cumulative receipts by week (d)
- Cumulative receipts by analytical code (e)
- Cumulative invoiced by week (f)
Graph analysis by selecting "Invoiced".
Once you have clicked on "Invoiced", you will see the details below :
- Cumulative invoiced per week (g)
- Cumulative invoiced by analytical codes (h)
