You can modify the description of a consultation you have created, even if the supplier has already responded and submitted its offer. You can then choose whether you wish to resend this consultation to all those you initially requested or only to those who did not respond.

How to modify the description of a consultation ?
The first step is to click on "Consultation" (1) and then on the consultation of your choice in the list of consultations you have already created (2). Once on this consultation, click on "modify request" (3).
You can modify the description of a consultation regardless of its status. You will see below the actions to be taken according to the different statuses.
Once you are in the description of the consultation, you need to click on the pictogram at the top right of your screen to make a change.
You will then have the option of adding new items (1), modifying existing items (2), making it compulsory to add a technical data sheet (3) or deleting an entire item line (4).
Once you have made your changes, click on "Save changes" (5).
A pop-up window will then appear informing you that the changes have been taken into account, but that they have not yet been sent to the various companies you have selected. You will then have two possible options for sending your new version.
Send this modified consultation only to companies that have not responded yet
You then have the option of sending the update to all the companies that have not yet responded to your consultation by clicking on the button at the bottom right of your screen (1) or sending it company by company (2).
Send this modified consultation to all the companies consulted
If you wish to create a new version of your consultation and choose which companies you wish to send it to, click on "+ New version of the consultation".
Complete all the information (1) shown in the pop-up window that opens and then click on "create a new version" (2).
The new version then appears for each company just below the first version (1). You can either send it to all suppliers at once (2) or send it to each company individually (3).
Once the new version has been sent, you will see the new status appear in the "status" section.
