Management of negotiation objectives during a consultation

Following the creation of a new version of supplier consultation, you decide to set negotiation objectives for one or more of the companies consulted.

How to add new objectives ?
The first step is to go to the 'Consultation' tab (1) and then click on the one of your choice (2).
Then click on the new version you have created. If you need help creating a new consultation version, please consult the Help Centre article on this subject.
Complete the "unit price target" (1) or "% target" (2) columns with your new targets, then click on "send new version" (3).
Note :
- If you enter your objectives as both a percentage and a unit price, the supplier will only have access to the unit price objective when replying.
- If you enter one of the two objectives, the equivalent objective in % or unit price will not be calculated automatically.
Once it has been sent, the version changes to "under review" status and remains there until the supplier responds
Consultation and analysis of the different versions of offers received
If you would like to consult and analyse the different versions of the offers received, click on "comparison table" in the top right-hand corner.
Click on "All filters" (1) to display the analysis elements and select the filters for "Trading objectives" (2), "PU objectives" and "Discount percentage". Depending on what has been completed, you will find the information in the table below.
