Project zone management

Large projects are sometimes divided into several zones, in particular to facilitate the delivery of materials.
iSYBUY lets you manage several delivery zones for a single project: these zones are used as delivery addresses when you place your order. What's more, they are also displayed in the "Consumption Tracker", so you can analyse your project's consumption zone by zone.

Where to manage project zones ?

The first step is to click on "Management" (1) and then the "Project" tab (2).

Once you have selected the project of your choice, click on "Modify details".

Then click on "manage project zones".

How to create a new project zone ?

In the pop-up window that opens, you can create a new project zone by specifying the coordinates and name of the zone in question (1). Then click on "create" (2).

Where can I find my new zones ?

Once you have created zones, they will appear at the top of your page, all in the same place (1). You can modify them (2) or even delete them (3) if necessary.

Practical example

Une fois que vous êtes dans le panier et que vous avez cliquer sur "Commander", vous avez la possibilité de choisir votre zone de livraison dans l'onglet  "livraison sur le projet" (1). Il vous suffit de cliquer sur le menu déroulant (2) de l'adresse ou de la zone de projet afin de définir celle de votre choix.

You can also monitor data by project zone in the "Consumption monitoring" (1) available from the "Management" menu (2).

In this tab, you will be able to choose the period (1) and scope of your choice (2). You can be more precise in your search by filtering the perimeter precisely (3), then you can export the data to an Excel report or CSV file for analysis.

If, for example, you select a project area, you will be able to see the total amount received per area for all your company's projects or for the project of your choice.
