Making a project inactive
The terms used in the article below correspond to iSYBUY. To find iBAT equivalents, click on this link.
When you finish a project, you can make it inactive. This means that it will no longer appear in your project list - but you can still keep a history of it, if required.
In this article :
By unchecking the "Active" box
The first step is to click on the Management (1), then on Project (2).
Then select the project you wish to make inactive.
This takes you to the worksheet. Click on "Modify information"
Simply uncheck the "Active" box, then click on the "Validate" button at the bottom of the page.
Notes:
You can check that your action has been taken into account by returning to the list of your projects. The one you have just made inactive will still appear in the list only if you have ADMIN privilege, but with the word "inactive" next to it. For other users, it will no longer appear.
If you need to make the project active again, simply perform the same operation, but this time check the "active" box.
By clicking on "Delete"
As for the previous situation, you need to go to the project file and click on "modify information". If necessary, take a look at the steps above.
Once you're in the "Modify job information" section, click on "Delete".
A validation pop-up will open. If you're sure of your choice, click on "Delete" again.
Note:
If required, you can restore this job project by going to Administration > Projects > Advanced project management. Then click on the project of your choice, check the "Active" box again, then "Validate" to save the modification.
