For the same supplier item, you can choose the variations you wish to order : these may concern size, colour, etc.

You can also automatically calculate the unit quantity according to the packaging quantity chosen.

Managing variations

To import supplier items with variations into iSYBUY, you need to fill in the following information in the "Excel template for loading items":

Main item supplier reference (Column W - "Declination") (1)
Declination label (Column X - "Declination label") (2)

Note :

The unit price may vary from one declination to another.

Below is a preview of the "Supplier item sheet" (1). The choice of category appears in the "Item line comment" field (2).

In the supplier catalogue, some of the article variations are displayed. This allows you to see which items are available in different variations even before consulting the "Item File".

Finally, you can add an item with your choice of variant to a favourite list, so that you can recommend it directly with the right variant.

From the "Shopping Cart", click on the star to create a favourite list with the items you have chosen. When you place your next order, simply enter the quantity to be ordered and the item will be added directly to the basket with the declination you have saved.

Note :

The declination chosen for each item is available in the "customer comment" field.
