Customisation of the order tracking table
The "Receive" tab has been reworked to make it easier to read. You can now choose which fields to display or hide (1) and (2), and change the order in which the information is displayed using a drag-and-drop system. You'll be able to keep your display preferences for future connections.
To find out more, see this article : Modifying the columns in the "Receive" tab
The service order
A new type of order has been added to the solution: the service order. You'll be able to attach dedicated CGAs, and find them easily thanks to new filters available in the order tracking table.
To find out more, read this article : Service orders
Adding new types of CGA
In the company master record, you previously only had the option of adding CGAs for standard orders, subcontracting orders and rental orders, as shown below.
You can now also add GTCs for open and service orders.
Note :
If you have not added any new GTCs to your company, the standard ones will automatically be used when an order is placed.
To find out more, read this article : New types of CGA
The "service" item type
The service item will be added to iSYBUY, and will only require you to enter a quantity and a price to place an order.
To find out more, read this article : The service item
Scheduling planning to automatically manage your subscriptions
You now have the option of anticipating your receptions automatically, by scheduling them in advance for specific dates! This is particularly useful for scheduling subscription deadlines or invoicing calls linked to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase or General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC/GTS).
To find out more, read this article : To plan a reception
Modification of the "Gestuser" privilege
This privilege allows you to manage the company's users. You used to be able to use this privilege to create, modify or delete roles created in the "role administration" tab, but this is no longer the case. You can, however, assign or change the role assigned to a member of staff.
Ability to add an analytical code for shipping costs
You now have the option of adding an analytical code for postage costs so that you can take them into account when managing your budget.
To find out more, see this article : Ability to add a shipping cost analysis code
Adding an internal comment when placing an order
When you placed an order on iSYBUY, you couldn't add any practical or personal information. Everything was visible to the supplier, as you can see below.
You now have the option of adding a comment or reference that can only be read internally. This information will not be passed on to the supplier, nor will it appear on order forms.
Comment highlighted on the order form PDF
On the order form PDF, the comment is located below the products ordered. It has been pointed out that this is not easy to see for suppliers, who often miss the information.
We've therefore decided to put the comment for the supplier more prominently to make sure it gets read. You'll now find it before the order information.
Adding a billing email address to the Company page
Until now, as you can see below, you only had the option of adding a postal billing address at company level.
You now also have the option of adding a billing email address.
Do you have any other questions we haven't thought of? Send us your request at this address. We look forward to hearing from you!
