How to create a price list based on your item database ?

How to create a price list ?
In the top menu, go to "Articles & price lists" (1) , then click on "Price lists" (2). Then click on the "+" (3). A pop-up window will open. You will need to fill in the details of this price list :
- Name your price list so that it is easily recognisable: we recommend that you call it by your company name followed by [all items] (4)
- Choose the family / category of products / services (5)
- Choose the period for which these prices apply (6)
- Leave the "public rates" field (7) ticked in green if you want to make these rates available to new iSYBUY customers.
Once you have filled in the various fields, click on "Create the price list" (8).
A new window will open with 3 steps :
- Choose the base file you wish to work on; here (1) "Item reference" then (2) click on "Retrieve the grid to be filled in". The file will be downloaded and you will be able to enter your prices.
Note :
Remember to save the file you have filled in so that you can find it easily.
- Once you have saved the file, you can drag and drop it into the location provided or go and find it by clicking on "Click here to choose the file".
- Check that the content is loaded correctly. If this is not the case, you will see error messages with descriptions of the blocking points. If you are unable to resolve them, please contact support-partenaire@ibat-solution.com.
How to check that everything has been uploaded correctly ?
Once you have uploaded your file, you will see a number of messages (1), (2) and (3) to check that everything has been uploaded correctly. If some items have duplicate item references, you will see error messages in the banner (3), so you can make corrections in your file and reload it. You can check the list of your items and the prices charged in the listing (4).
If everything is correct, you can click on "Publish the grid" (5).
