Have you received a price request from a customer, or has one of your customers called you to ask you to make a personalised price available on iSYBUY, and you don't know how to respond?
You'll find the answers in this article.
If you want to send a price list to a customer who has asked you for one without going through iSYBUY, you'll need to ask them :
- if they are used to loading their own catalogues into iSYBUY, as is the case for our ETI customers, you can then retrieve the price list to be returned to them to complete in your iSYBUY space.
- or if they can send you a pricing request directly from their menu (Admin > Suppliers > then click on the "?" > Send request).
