Reorganisation of the "Staff" display at "Time & Attendance" level
Until now, when you clicked on the 'Time & Attendance' tab, the staff you were offered in the context of the site you were on were either taken from the current week's forecast, or you could click on a button to access the site's former employees or other global resources.
Today, this page is organised differently, so that you can easily find all the people who have worked on the site you're on during the month, even if they weren't included in the forecast.

"Personnel" selection
Once you have completed your departmental forecast, the first step is to click on the "Time & Attendance" tab.
You will then see three bands separating your staff into different categories :
- Resources assigned to the site (1) : these are people from the service forecast
- Former resources on the site (2) : here you will find the people who were assigned to the site during the last month.
- Other department resources (3) : this tab includes all your staff who are not included in the previous two categories.
If you look at the details of the different categories, you will find a banner on each person indicating whether or not they were included in the forecast (1) or not (2).
Check-ins
Once you've clicked on the person of your choice, you'll be taken to their scorecard. What's new here is that on the left-hand side of your screen you'll now find a category called "Resources formerly assigned to the site".
This means that all the staff who have worked on the site in the last month will also be listed in the check-ins. It will therefore be very easy for you to clock them in and out as required.
