Checking in on a worksite
The purpose of clocking in and out is to declare the hours worked and absences, as well as the associated costs, for staff who have been present on a site during the course of a day.
Only users with "TPSPOINTAGE" or "ADMIN" privileges have access to "Pointage Jour".

First steps
To begin, click on the "Time and Attendance" tab (1) and then on the department of your choice (2).
By clicking on the icon of one of the services, you will be redirected to the page for choosing the site. You can then click directly on the site of your choice (1). You can also change the display to show all the worksites in list form (2).
By clicking on a site icon, you will be redirected to the page showing only the staff already assigned to the selected site.
Note :
You can check the context you are in at any time by clicking on the corresponding tabs at the top right of your screen. If you are already logged in to a department or worksite, you will not have to go through the previous steps; you will be taken directly to the staff selection page.
Choosing the staff to clock in
If no staff are assigned to the selected site, you will automatically be presented with the list of people who have already worked on the site in question (1). You can also access the list of all the staff in the department to which the site belongs by clicking on "other department resources"(2).
If you have clicked on a site where you have scheduled personnel, you will see a list of all the people involved. To help you find the one you want to point out, you can use the search bar at the top left of your screen (1). You can also filter the display by staff "type". (2).
There are also three display filters (3):
- All : displays all staff already assigned to the site, whether or not they have been clocked in for the current week/day.
- To be clocked in for the day : displays only staff whose clock-in has not been validated for the current day
- To clock-in week : displays only staff whose clock-in has not been validated for all days of the current week.
You can also filter your staff by alphabetical order (4).
If you want to flag up a person who is missing from this list, you can click on "other department employees" (1) to access the full list of people attached to the department, and on "former site employees" (2). You can also click on the "create a temporary worker" button (3) if a temporary worker has been brought in for one day, for example.
Clicking on a staff member from the "Select Team" page will take you to the "day" or "week" clocking-in window, depending on what has been set up in the Department file.
There are two possible cases, depending on whether or not the check-ins were planned in the forecast.
The clockings are taken from the "Service/Site Forecast".
Once you have accessed the check-in, you will find the date (1), the data from the Service and Site Forecast (2) and any other information that may have been added, such as bonuses (3) or absences (4), for example. You can also add comments and attachments (5) and then click on check (6).
This tab allows you to check what has been added or ticked for the week.
Here is a summary of the changes you can make before clocking in :
- Change the hours worked per shift by clicking in the "Number of hours" field (1). This will automatically change the total number of hours worked.
- Add hours worked on new shifts: once you have selected the shift of your choice from the drop-down list (2), a new line appears with the option of adding hours worked.
- Add bonuses by clicking on the corresponding button (3). Once you have selected the bonus of your choice from the drop-down list, you can enter the amount or quantity in the corresponding box, day by day.
- Add absences: you can choose from the drop-down list that appears once you have clicked on the "Absence" button (4), the one of your choice (training, RTT, sick leave, etc). You can then add the corresponding number of days or hours.
- Modify the costs associated with clock-ins by ticking or unticking (5) the costs to be allocated (transport, travel, packed lunch, etc).
Here are the other possible actions on this page :
- Change week (1) to clock in or check the clockings for past or future weeks
- Go to the next employee by clicking on "Next employee" (2)
- Return to the "Team selection" page by clicking on "Back to employees" (3) to select the next person to clock in or out
- Click directly on the next person to be flagged in the box on the left of your screen (4)
- Click on "Clock in" (5) to validate the completed check-in.
No planning present on the "Department/Site Forecast"
If the department and/or site forecasts have not been completed, you will find the same information as above, except that the "Number of hours" fields for the total number of hours worked on the site and the breakdown of hours by shift are empty.
To enter clock-ins, follow these steps :
- Check the day you wish to clock in (1)
- Choose one or more shifts on which you want to clock in (2)
- Enter the number of hours per shift corresponding to the number of hours worked (3)
- You can then add bonuses, absences or associated expenses if necessary (4)
- You can add comments or supporting documents (5)
- Then click on "Score" (6)
Note :
When clocking in and out, certain fields are only available if the information has already been entered in the Agency, Department, Worksite and Personnel files:
