Management of workstations to be clocked in and out according to the progress of a project
From the Jobs page, you can make jobs visible or not, depending on the progress of the job. The advantage is that those indicated as inactive remain visible in the list of jobs in this tab.

How to manage punch-in positions ?
In the Worksheet, you have 2 options for displaying (eye open) or hiding (eye crossed out) a workstation. Only an administrator can do this.
Once you are in the Worksheet, go to the "Jobs" tab (1) on the right and click on "Show/hide all jobs" (2). This action allows you to open or close all the "eyes" at the same time, i.e. to display or hide all the workstations.
Still on the same tab (1), next to each item you will see an eye-shaped icon (2) that you can click on. To make an item visible or not, first click on the pencil-shaped icon (3) on the right of the screen, then make the desired change and finally click on "confirm" (4) to save the changes.
Concrete examples
- Example 1 :
Depending on how the jobs have been set up in the Job File, the "Job preview" shows that only the jobs with an "open eye" icon are available.
Note :
Make sure that all the "crossed-out eye" icons are unchecked, otherwise you won't be able to access your jobsite forecast !
- Example 2
The same thing is observed when clocking in and out personnel on the site concerned.
