How to check in for multiple sites?
The aim of multi-site clocking is to declare hours worked, absences and associated costs for staff who have been present at several sites on the same day.

Accessing clocking in and out
Click on the "Time & Attendance" tab (1) and then on the multi-site icon (2) corresponding to the department to which you wish to clock in employees.
Then click on the name of the person you want to point to.
Adding a new site
For multi-site clocking, the default site context displayed (1) is the one taken from the service forecast for the current day for the staff selected for clocking in.
If you click on the "Worksite" drop-down menu (2), you will have the option of adding the other worksite(s) where you want to clock in this employee.
Once you have chosen another site from the drop-down menu, you will see it appear just below the one that was initially indicated (1). All you then have to do is specify the hours worked on each site (2).
Finalising multi-site clocking-in
Once you have completed your check-in, click on "Check-in" to validate your entry. The days of the week will appear in green, as will the summary on the right of your screen. This allows you to see who has clocked in at a glance.
Note :
There is a quick navigation banner on the left-hand side of the clocking-in screen, so you can quickly change staff and view the clockings already completed for the week.
