The ability to define authorised overrun percentages for your receptions

With a view to offering you a tool that always meets your needs as closely as possible, we have added a new option to the tool to enable you to manage your receipts more precisely. You can now define authorised overrun percentages for a receipt on the amount per line or on the total amount.
In this article :
- Authorised overrun of one receipt on the amount per line
- Authorised overrun of a reception on the overall amount
Note :
The default setting is +10% for the amount per line and for the total amount. If you wish to change this setting, please write to us at support@ibat-solution.com.
Authorised overrun of one receipt on the amount per line
By defining an authorised overrun percentage on an amount per line, this means that you will authorise your users to receive more "Item 1" than expected, but without exceeding the overall amount of the order.
Example :
If I set a % overrun per line to 100%, and I place an order such as :

With an overrun percentage per line of 100%, this means that I will be able to receive :

| Article 2 | 4 | u | 1€ | 4€ |
| Total : | 3 | u | - | 4€ |
For example, I could receive 0 "Item 1" instead of 1 as initially planned & 4 "Item 2" instead of the 2 initially planned: this works as long as my amount per line does not exceed the +100% overrun of the initial amount (in this case €2 for line 2, so +100% equals €4).
Authorised overrun of a reception on the overall amount
By defining an authorised overrun percentage on the total amount, this means that you will authorise your users to receive more than the total amount initially ordered.
Example:
If I set an overall overrun % to 100%, and place an order such as :

With an overall overrun percentage of 100%, this means, for example, that I will be able to receive :

| Article 1 | 2 | u | 2€ | 4€ |
| Article 2 | 4 | u | 1€ | 4€ |
| Total : | 6 | u | - | 8€ |
For example, I could receive 2 "Item 1" instead of 1 as initially planned & 4 "Item 2" instead of the 2 initially planned: this works as long as my total amount is no more than 100% of the initial amount (in this case €4, so +100% equals €8).
Notes :
- It is possible to set up 2 different and independent functions: one for standard orders (standard, rental, etc), and 1 for open orders.
- If you try to receive more than your company's settings allow, an error message of this type will appear.
