Geolocate a supplier to place an order

The terms used in the article below correspond to iSYBUY. To find iBAT equivalents, click on this link.

Thanks to the address entered on the Project File, we have been able to set up a supplier geolocation module enabling you to find out, at a glance, which sales outlets or suppliers are located near your project.

The module is available to all iSYBUY users, subject to a specific activation request. If you are interested in this feature, please contact us by clicking here.

Geolocate a supplier

Once the module has been activated, go to the "Management" menu (1) and then to the "Around me" tab (2).

On the page that opens, you will see the search bar at the top of your screen, as well as the option to filter by NAF codes (1). You will also find the interactive map (2) showing all the suppliers in the iSYBUY Directory within the scope of your project, and on your right, the list of all the suppliers in the iSYBUY Directory (3), sorted by proximity to the address you have entered. If you click on "filters" at the top of your screen, you will be able to filter the different results you see (4).

If you want to filter the suppliers by the distances around you, click on the distances at the bottom left of your screen.

Place an order once your supplier has been geolocated, without attached catalogue

Once you have found the supplier of your choice, simply click on "order". You can either click on the button in the drop-down list on the right of your screen (1), or click on the "location" pictogram of your choice on the map (2). A box will open (3) where you will find the "order" button (4). Click on it.

As you do not have a supplier catalogue attached, a free-entry window will open, already pre-filled with the supplier in question. If you need help with free-entry ordering, you can refer to the Help Centre article on the subject.

Place an order once your supplier has been geolocated, with attached catalogue

If you have a catalogue attached to this supplier, you will be shown directly the number of items you can consult for this supplier. To access the items in question, click on the number of items either in the drop-down list on the right of your screen (1) or on the card (2).

You will then be immediately presented with the various items on offer on the right-hand side of the screen. You can use the integrated search bar to easily find the item you need.
