How to add an attachment to an order?

The software lets you add an attachment to your orders directly from your shopping cart.

Adding an attachment to an order
The first step is to add the items you wish to order. Once in your shopping cart, you'll see a paperclip-shaped pictogram in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you've clicked on it, a pop-up window will open, allowing you to add the file you wish to insert.
Note :
For all attachments larger than 10MB, we remind you that they will not be displayed in the order form (PDF). However, you will be able to view them from the order tool.
Once the file has been uploaded, it will appear in the pop-up window (2), accompanied by a padlock (1).
By clicking on the padlock, you can either open or close the file:
- If the padlock is open, the attachment will be visible to the supplier.
- If the padlock is closed, the attachment will not be visible to the supplier, but only to my agency's employees.
Then, click on "Back to basket"
You will return to your shopping cart. Next to the place where to add the attachment, a number appears telling me how many attachments will be sent with my order.
Finally, when I return to my order screen, I can see that the attachment has been added.
Tips:
The small eye on the left of the attachment title allows you to view the document to check its accuracy. Clicking on it opens the attachment in a new tab.
