How to cancel an order?

You've placed an order and you realise that there is an error in quantity or price, for example. Don't worry, on iSYBUY you can cancel an order that has not yet been received.
Note :
This procedure is only available for "Awaiting supplier confirmation", "To be delivered" without BL and "Awaiting manager approval" orders.

Cancelling an order from the "Receive" tab
The first step is to go to the "Receive"(1) menu and select the order you want to cancel.
Then click on "Edit this order".
You only need to click on "Cancel this order".
After you have clicked on it, a pop-up window will open so that you can add a comment for the supplier. Once you have done this, click on "cancel my order". This action will immediately send an automatic email to the supplier, informing them that the order has been cancelled.
Once this step has been completed, your order will be cancelled.
