Analytical monitoring by item on order and reception lines

You can make it mandatry to enter an analytical monitoring by item for each line item ordered, whether it's a Free-form order or one that includes items from a supplier's catalogue. You can then retrieve and analyse this data when you receive your orders.

Analytical tracking for Free-form orders
The first step is to go to the "Order" menu (1) and then to the "Free-form" tab (2).
Then click on "+ Add more information"
In the pop-up window for adding a Free-form item, complete the "Item" field so that you can track the amount ordered for each item by item.
Analytical tracking of an order with items from a supplier catalogue
Once you have added your item to the shopping basket and are progressing through the steps, you will be asked to complete the "analytical" box. You will be able to enter the item associated with each item.
Note :
If the "Item" field is configured as "mandatory", you will be authorised to enter your validation key and finalise the order, once an item has been entered for each item in the order. It is possible to select a forced item, which will then be the same for all items in the order.
Analytical tracking for incoming orders
The first step is to go to the "Receive" tab (1) and click on the order of your choice (2).
Fill in the details that will enable you to carry out the reception, then click on "Modify items".
Choose the item from the list then click on "confirm". You will then find the item allocation details for each item line you have received.
Note :
For a single item line received, it is possible to break down the total quantity delivered over several items (2) by clicking on "+" (1).
